Every time your outreach leads to a signed merch deal, you earn a commission—there is no fixed salary, so your upside is directly tied to the number of creators you convert. Deliverables for each prospect 1. Conversation link or screenshot showing the latest interaction. 2. Status updated in the tracker (cold / replied / warm hand-off). 3. Contact details packaged for my follow-up call.
