Looking for a Sales & Business Development Specialist (Commission / Performance-Based) We are looking for a proactive Sales & Business Development Specialist to generate qualified leads and acquire clients for website development and custom software solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to prospective clients needing web development, design, or custom software services. - Gather initial client requirements and coordinate with our technical team to deliver project scope & quotations. - Close deals and manage initial client communications. Payment & Terms: - Strictly 10% commission on every successfully closed and paid project. - No upfront fee or monthly retainer—purely performance/commission based. Requirements: - Strong communication and client-handling skills. - Prior experience in IT/Software sales, lead generation, or digital marketing is preferred.
