I’m looking for an agile marketer who can generate qualified mortgage-loan leads for my brokerage strictly through content marketing and be rewarded on a commission basis for every funded deal you help originate. Mortgage focus • You will be promoting first-lien residential mortgage products—both purchases and refinances—across our target regions in the U.S. • Compliance with current U.S. mortgage advertising rules (TILA/RESPA, NMLS disclosure, etc.) is essential. Content marketing scope You’ll plan, create, and distribute high-value content that attracts homeowners and home-buyers at every stage of the funnel. Think blog posts, long-form articles, infographics, home-buying guide PDFs, or any other format you know converts; I’m open to your strategic recommendations as long as it’s content-driven. SEO, keyword research, and light social amplification to push that content in front of the right audience will be part of the job. Commission structure Your earnings are performance-based: a fixed percentage of the lender-paid commission on each loan closed from leads you generated. Exact percentages, lead-tracking process, and payment schedule will be finalized during onboarding, but rest assured you’re paid for real results, not vanity metrics. What success looks like • Consistent flow of exclusive, trackable mortgage leads • Content pieces that rank for agreed-upon keywords and drive organic traffic • Clear attribution from first touch to funded loan If you have a proven record of producing content that converts in the finance or real-estate space and you’re excited to be paid per closed loan, let’s talk.
