We run a digital design studio specializing in custom web-hosted invitations for weddings, baby showers, and celebrations. We need someone who can bring in real, qualified leads — individuals actually planning an event who are genuinely interested in our services. This role is: • 100% commission-based. 15% on leads we close, 20% if you close the deal yourself. • Paid monthly, only after we’ve received payment from the client. • Ongoing, not a one-time gig. We are looking for: • Someone with actual experience in lead generation, ideally in weddings, events, or a closely related consumer space. • A clear, specific plan for how you’ll find genuine prospects — not vague buzzwords like “social media outreach” with no detail. • Someone comfortable being screened on past results before we begin. Do not apply if: • You’re a designer, developer, or generalist bidding on anything that looks relevant. This is not a design or dev role. • You don’t have real experience generating leads for a consumer-facing service. • You’re not comfortable with commission-only, paid monthly, after-payment-received terms. • You plan to send a templated proposal without addressing our specific business (weddings/events, individuals not companies).
