Commission-Based Marketing Manager for Shopify Baby Products Store (10% Commission Per Sale) Job Title Marketing Manager (Commission-Based) – Shopify Baby Products Store About Us TinyNest is a growing Shopify store focused on providing practical, high-quality baby products that make parenting easier. We're looking for a motivated and experienced marketing professional who is confident in driving sales through effective digital marketing strategies. Compensation This is a 100% commission-based position. - Earn 10% commission on every confirmed sale you generate. - No cap on earnings—the more sales you drive, the more you earn. - Commission is paid only on completed, non-refunded orders that are directly attributable to your marketing efforts. Responsibilities - Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales. - Create and manage advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Ads, etc.). - Optimize campaigns for the highest return on investment. - Identify new opportunities to reach parents and families. - Improve conversion rates and help grow the TinyNest brand. - Provide regular performance reports and recommendations. Requirements - Proven experience in eCommerce or Shopify marketing. - Strong understanding of paid advertising and social media marketing. - Experience with conversion optimization. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
