I’m building Worcester Social Club, an iOS, Android and Web application that lets adults in Worcester discover local, member-only events and make new friends. The core experience is simple: people create an account with email + password, secure it with two-factor authentication, buy a monthly membership through Stripe, then browse a friendly calendar of board-game nights, walks, brunches and more. With one tap they can RSVP, receive push and in-app reminders, chat inside interest groups and see who else is attending. On the back-office side I need an admin dashboard to create and edit events, set capacities, track active subscriptions, trigger notifications and handle Stripe’s recurring payments and webhooks. Key pieces I expect from you • Universal codebase or synchronised projects that publish smoothly to the App Store, Google Play and a responsive web portal. • A clean, modern UI that feels welcoming and community-focused, following current iOS Material / Web best practices. • Secure authentication flow (email + password, 2FA) and GDPR-compliant data handling. • Deep integration with Stripe for plans, coupons, proration and automatic renewals. • Real-time push and in-app notifications for new events, RSVP updates and reminders. • Robust database structure for members, events, groups and chat messages. • An admin area with analytics on attendance, churn and revenue. Acceptance criteria 1. I can sign up, subscribe, browse events and successfully RSVP on all three platforms. 2. Admin actions instantly reflect for users without page reloads. 3. Payments renew automatically and cancel correctly through Stripe’s customer portal. 4. Push and in-app alerts arrive within five seconds of an event change. 5. Builds pass App Store & Google Play review and the web version scores 90+ on Lighthouse performance.
