By the close of the financial year I also expect • MSME-1, DPT-3 and DIR-3 KYC filed • Preparation and e-filing of AGM documents, plus drafting of the AGM notice and directors’ report • Complete, signed minutes for four scheduled board meetings • Statutory registers written up and kept current Ongoing support • Prompt answers to day-to-day compliance questions and brief advisory notes whenever a new activity might trigger additional filings. Indicate how you would structure milestones—especially for the July filings versus the year-end batch—and confirm that you can represent a non-profit with minimal transactions.
