I’m building a streamlined Android application for competitive-exam preparation and need it developed end-to-end in Flutter, backed by a web-based admin panel. The focus is on speed, security, and an interface so clean that first-time users can start a mock test in seconds. Core learner features must include • Email/OTP user login and signup • Course catalogue with purchase flow (Razorpay) • Pre-recorded video lectures and downloadable PDF notes • Full-length and sectional mock tests with timed sessions, instant scoring, analytics, and progress tracking • Smart search, push notifications, and in-app progress dashboards Admin panel responsibilities • Upload and organise videos, PDFs, and course bundles • Create, edit, and schedule mock tests with answer keys and explanations • Manage students and course enrolments • Send targeted or global push notifications Technical expectations • Flutter for a single maintainable codebase, Material 3 UI, responsive up to tablet size • Secure authentication, efficient state management, encrypted local storage, and clean, well-commented code • Payment handled through Razorpay’s latest SDK, with webhook verification on the server side • Source code, build instructions, and all assets handed over on final sign-off When you respond, please include links to any similar education or quiz apps you have created, a brief outline of your proposed stack (e.g., Firebase, Node.js, Laravel, etc.), the estimated timeline from kick-off to store release, and a ballpark cost broken down by major milestones (app, admin panel, testing, deployment).
