# Double Decker Food Truck Designer & Complete Setup Expert Needed (End-to-End Project) We are looking for an experienced professional or team to design and help set up a **custom food truck from scratch to a fully operational unit**. This is an end-to-end project, so we need someone with proven experience in food truck design, commercial kitchen planning, fabrication guidance, and complete setup. *Scope of Work* * Understand our food business concept and menu. * Design the complete food truck (interior & exterior). * Prepare efficient kitchen layout and workflow. * Create 2D and 3D design drawings. * Plan electrical, plumbing, gas, ventilation, and water systems. * Recommend kitchen equipment and materials. * Design storage, serving counter, and workspace. * Create exterior branding and graphics. * Provide fabrication drawings and technical documentation. * Coordinate with fabrication if required. * Support the project until the truck is fully completed and ready for operation. ### Requirements * Previous experience designing food trucks or mobile kitchens. * Strong portfolio with completed projects. * Knowledge of commercial kitchen standards and food safety requirements. * Ability to deliver practical, build-ready designs. ### When Applying, Please Include * Portfolio of similar food truck projects. * Your experience with complete food truck setups. * Estimated timeline. * Budget or pricing. * Your location and availability. **Only apply if you have prior experience with food truck or mobile kitchen design.
