I need a seasoned HR professional to give our entire suite of people-management documents a thorough makeover and ensure everything is legally compliant, clearly written, and consistent with current best practice. Scope of work • Employee Handbook – create a fresh, user-friendly manual that covers Company Policies, Code of Conduct, and a robust Remote-Work section. It must align with local labour legislation and reflect our culture. • Job Descriptions – rewrite or draft roles so that responsibilities, reporting lines, and KPIs are crystal-clear. • HR Policies – standardise leave, performance management, grievance, and any other core policies we may have missed. • Contract Letters (independent-contractor agreement) – tighten the language, insert the right clauses, and confirm compliance. • Non-Disclosure Agreement – review for enforceability and plain-English clarity. • Job Adverts – craft engaging, inclusive postings that mirror each updated job description. What success looks like 1. All documents are internally consistent, legally sound, and ready for immediate use. 2. Tone is professional but approachable, matching a modern, forward-thinking company. 3. Final files delivered in editable Word format; handbook also supplied as a polished PDF with table of contents.
