My new build is a blank canvas, and I want a seamless concept that flows from the front entrance right through to the backyard. The brief covers every space—interior rooms, façades, outdoor areas, and all the fittings that pull them together into a single story. Scope • Develop two or three concept directions with mood boards and colour palettes • Produce scaled floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and detailed elevations for every room • Supply fully textured 3-D renders (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) showing daylight and night-time scenes • Specify all fixtures, furniture, lighting, built-ins, hardware, finishes, and exterior materials • Include an exterior package: façade treatments, driveway, hardscaping, soft landscaping, and outdoor living/entertainment zones • Provide a consolidated bill of quantities and sourcing links for each item so procurement is straightforward Acceptance Criteria 1. Renders match final drawings within ±50 mm for key dimensions. 2. All materials and furnishings are locally sourceable or have clear vendor information. 3. Documentation is delivered in editable CAD files and a print-ready PDF set. I’m open on style as long as it feels timeless and practical for family living, so surprise me with ideas.
