Descripción de la oferta
I have a 12’ W × 9’ D × 14’ H commercial water-refill kiosk concept that now needs to move from sketch to permit-ready documents. The exterior form and basic layout are locked in; what I still require is a full CAD and engineering package that a local building department will sign off on without revisions. Scope of work • Architectural drawings—floor plan, elevations, and sections that reflect the current concept. • Structural engineering with calculations tied to the kiosk’s steel or light-gauge frame. • Foundation / slab plan sized for the kiosk footprint. • Electrical plan covering power for two pre-selected dispensing inserts and placeholder zones for RO system, tanks, pumps, filters, and control panels. • Plumbing plan showing supply, drainage, and venting to each placeholder zone. • Permit-ready construction set stamped by a licensed engineer (mandatory). Current assets you will receive: exterior 3D concept, overall dimensions, cut sheets for the two dispensing inserts, and a preliminary equipment list. Interior items can stay as labeled zones until brands and models are finalized. Please outline: 1. Your fee structure and any milestone billing you prefer. 2. Lead time for preliminary drawings and for the final stamped set. 3. A checklist of additional information or site data you’ll need from me on day one. I typically work in AutoCAD and Revit, so compatibility with either format is a plus, but I’m open to whatever platform your team uses as long as final PDFs and native files are supplied. Looking forward to collaborating on a clean, code-compliant package that can be submitted straight to the city for review.
