I need a fully coordinated drawing and calculation package for a multi-story residential building. The scope covers architecture, structure, and all MEP disciplines, delivered to the standard a local permit office expects to see. Architectural content must include floor plans, elevations, and sections. Every sheet has to align with the structural framing and the MEP layouts so reviewers can trace loads, penetrations, and services without conflicts. Deliverables • Editable DWG files for every drawing (no PDF-only submissions) • Calculation sheets for structural sizing and MEP load analysis, organised so my team can follow your assumptions and adjust values if codes or site conditions change Tools you choose—AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD, HAP, or similar—are up to you as long as the final files open cleanly in AutoCAD 2020 and spreadsheets in Excel. Acceptance criteria • Coordination issues resolved before hand-off (no overlapping ducts and beams) • Dimensions, notes, and legends in English with metric units • Files pass an initial clash check I will run in Navisworks Let me know your proposed workflow and the timeframe you’ll need to reach first-issue drawings and the final signed-off package. the project is in Kuwait and must follow Kuwaiti code dimensions: 20m X 20m 3 sided hoouse (two streets - one sided garden) needs:( one has external access - and one internal) - elevator basement: two rooms with toilet located under each stair, one room for driver, another for maid. ground floor: boat garage (roll up shutter door) and work space - 2 living rooms with washing area and toilet - dining corner - coffee corner - master room with toilet - main kitchen with storage area - two stairs 1st floor: 3 master bedrooms with their toilets - two bed rooms with shared toilet (design must be able to split 1st floor into two apartments for future renting roof: washing machine room with space for ironing - storage - mechanical room
