I already have basic floor plans and exterior elevations for a single-family home; now I need them transformed into a fully coordinated, permit-ready drawing package for the renovation and extension. The scope includes developing those sketches into polished architectural sheets, adding structural information for the foundation and footings, and annotating everything so it satisfies our local residential code requirements. You will take the core layout I provide, verify dimensions, layer in door and window schedules, create building sections, and incorporate all footing sizes, re-bar notes, and concrete specifications necessary for submission. Where the local code calls for specific insulation values, setbacks, or seismic details, those must appear clearly on the sheets so the municipal reviewer has no follow-up questions. Deliverables (PDF and editable source, DWG or Revit preferred): • Fully dimensioned floor plans, elevations, and roof plan • Foundation and footing plan with details, sections, and notes • Code compliance data block referencing applicable local standards • Title sheet, general notes, and drawing index I will supply the base drawings, site information, and any municipality checklists on award.
