I need a brand-new website (with structure in place already). The visual style, page structure, and platform are still open, so I’m counting on your guidance to choose the right mix of layout, typography, colour palette, and CMS. A clean, responsive interface that loads quickly on mobile and desktop is non-negotiable, and I’d like the finished site to be easy for me to update without touching code. Deliverables 1.
