Monitor document expiry dates, including visas, DBS certificates, professional registrations, and mandatory training, ensuring timely renewals. Support audits by preparing compliance files and providing documentation to clients and regulatory bodies. Liaise with candidates, recruitment consultants, clients, and external agencies to obtain outstanding compliance documentation. Carry out mandatory training compliance checks and ensure candidates complete required courses before deployment. Assess candidate files against internal quality standards and client-specific compliance requirements. Produce compliance reports and update internal trackers to monitor outstanding documentation and overall compliance levels. Escalate compliance concerns, discrepancies, or safeguarding issues to management where appropriate. Stay up to date with changes in healthcare recruitment legislation, NHS framework standards, and compliance best practice.
