I am responsible for managing the complete accounting, finance, taxation, and statutory compliance functions of RA Enterprises. My role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, recording day-to-day financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing invoices, processing vendor and customer payments, and performing bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. I handle GST-related activities, including GST registration, invoice verification, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other applicable returns. I also manage TDS compliance by calculating tax deductions, filing TDS returns, issuing TDS certificates, and ensuring timely payment of taxes. In addition, I oversee payroll processing, employee reimbursements, professional tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances wherever applicable. I prepare monthly MIS reports, financial statements, profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and various management reports to support business decision-making. My responsibilities also include fixed asset accounting, depreciation calculations, inventory accounting, expense analysis, budgeting support, and coordination with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities. I ensure timely compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC, LLP, and other regulatory requirements while maintaining proper documentation and audit-ready records. I am proficient in accounting software such as Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel, enabling me to streamline accounting processes and improve reporting accuracy. My focus is on maintaining financial discipline, ensuring statutory compliance, minimizing financial risks, and providing reliable financial information that helps the business operate efficiently and grow sustainably.
