I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of my 6-week book launch and keep the project moving. I need someone who is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces with minimal direction. I'm not looking for someone who simply completes assigned tasks. I need someone who can build the launch system, keep it organized, follow up consistently, and tell me what needs my attention each week. Specifically, I need someone who can: Recruit and manage a launch team Track all contacts, outreach, and responses Create email templates and follow-up sequences Coordinate influencer and podcast outreach Schedule social media posts Maintain project trackers and deadlines Provide a weekly progress report with completed tasks, upcoming priorities, and any decisions that require my input I'm looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative. If you see a better way to organize or improve the process, I want you to suggest it.
