I need assistance with an on-site employment certificate verification at the candidate's organization. The scope of work includes: Visit the organization in person. Present the authorization and consent documents that will be provided. Verify the authenticity of the candidate's employment certificate with the organization. Request the organization to complete and sign the verification form provided. Capture 9–10 geotagged photographs using a GPS Camera App, including both the exterior and interior of the organization as evidence of the site visit. If the organization is unable or unwilling to complete the verification form, kindly obtain a written statement or official letter explaining the reason, if possible. The deliverables should include: The completed verification form (or an official refusal letter, if applicable). 9–10 geotagged photographs taken with the GPS Camera App. Any supporting evidence obtained during the visit, such as written confirmations or official correspondence. A brief summary of the visit, including the date, time, name and designation of the person who assisted, and the verification outcome.
