I need a thorough, end-to-end health check of our Oracle E-Business Suite R12 environment. The review must cover three core areas—database performance, security settings, and overall application functionality—across the Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management modules. Right now we are seeing slow performance, intermittent error messages, and occasional data inconsistencies, so I want clear, actionable findings rather than a generic checklist. You can assume full access to AWR reports, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and system logs; I can also provide recent patch histories and concurrent manager statistics. Deliverables • A concise assessment report highlighting root causes in each focus area, backed by evidence (SQL traces, log excerpts, or performance metrics). • A prioritised remediation plan with effort estimates and any required Oracle patches or configuration changes. • A brief walkthrough session so my internal admins understand both the findings and the next steps. Success is measured by measurable performance gains, elimination of the recurrent errors we are seeing, and a clean data-consistency check after fixes are applied.
