I need a seasoned technical-SEO professional to run a full audit of my website and carry out the resulting fixes. The audit must dig into four specific areas—performance, user experience, security and overall SEO health—so I understand exactly what is slowing the site down, where visitors may be dropping off, and which security gaps or search-visibility weaknesses still exist. Once the report is complete, I want you to implement (or clearly document, if server access is restricted) every high-impact recommendation so the site loads faster, feels smoother to users, passes standard security checks and earns higher visibility in Google. My ultimate goals are straightforward: climb the rankings, pull in more qualified traffic and strengthen online visibility across the board. Deliverables • A concise audit report outlining issues and the priority of each fix across performance, UX, security and SEO. • A post-implementation summary showing the improvements achieved (e.g., Core Web Vitals scores, PageSpeed insights, crawl-error reductions, resolved security flags and any keyword/visibility lifts). • A short, plain-English maintenance guide so I can keep the gains you deliver. Acceptance criteria The site should score at least green in Google Lighthouse for both mobile and desktop, pass all basic security headers checks, and show measurable ranking or traffic uplift within a reasonable indexing window. You are free to use your preferred toolkit—Lighthouse, GTmetrix, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar—as long as every finding is traceable and reproducible.
