I need an experienced web application tester to thoroughly test my sales portal/CRM for a managed it company. Key areas to focus on: - User Authentication: Login and registration, password reset, two-factor authentication. - Data Processing: Validate all data handling functionalities. - Reporting Tools: Test accuracy and reliability of all reports. - Overall Functionality: Ensure everything the app offers works as intended. Ideal skills and experience: - Proven experience in testing enterprise-level web applications. - Strong understanding of user authentication mechanisms. - Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying bugs and issues. - Ability to provide comprehensive test reports. Looking for a professional who can ensure our application is robust and user-friendly, bug free, performs well and is secure. Must be fluent in english both written and spoken. Must use video recording tools to provide insights Must provide detailed bug reports where required Must be commited to understanding how the applications works Must test from all screen sizes AI is not to be used in this project User expieirence is very important Must be tested from diffrrent angles
