Hi, I'm developing a consumer oral care product and looking for an industrial designer to collaborate on taking the concept to production-ready stage. The Product: PressFloss — a manual, handheld water flosser. No batteries or electricity. Squeeze/press actuation delivers a high-pressure water burst through a U-shaped silicone mouthpiece with 20–40 micro-jets for full-arch cleaning in one bite. Design Direction: The concept is defined. I have detailed reference sheets (attached) covering form, CMF, mechanism, and UX. The aesthetic sits between a premium skincare product and a medical device — clean, considered, tactile. What I Need: Refinement of existing concept into production-ready ID Resolution of form, ergonomics, and part-line strategy CMF specification across 5 colorways (Sage, Stone, Midnight, Black, Sand) Design for manufacturing — liaising with tooling and injection moulding constraints Deliverables: final CAD (SolidWorks or STEP), 2D technical drawings, renders Key Constraints: Manual mechanism only (no electronics) Food-grade silicone mouthpiece, removable and replaceable Body approx. 145mm × 52mm 100–200ml water reservoir Pocket-sized and travel-friendly Where I'm At: Concept sketches and design language are established. Looking for someone to own the ID through to handoff for tooling.
