I need a fresh set of expert eyes on my site to catch anything that could slow users down or break their journey. The job is a full QA pass across both desktop and mobile layouts, covering Windows, iOS, and Android. Please run every scenario in Google Chrome and Safari so we can be certain the two most-used engines render consistently. Here is what I expect: • A written bug log with clear reproduction steps, screenshots or screen recordings, and severity tags. • A concise UI/UX critique that highlights friction points, confusing flows, or accessibility misses, each paired with an actionable suggestion. • Confirmation that all core pages load, links work, and forms submit without errors on every device-OS-browser combination listed above. I will treat the report as complete when I can replicate the bugs from your steps and see your UX notes mapped to specific page elements. Feel free to use your preferred testing suite—BrowserStack, LambdaTest, or native devices—as long as the evidence is solid.
