looking for a quote for a conceptual development plan for a dirt parking lot gated. gate is existing and permitted. need the CDP for the parking lot for our semi-trucks and equipment. need it engineered so that it can remain a dirt lot. I need a professionally engineered conceptual site plan for a parcel in Nye County, Nevada. The land will function primarily as a dirt parking lot dedicated to equipment storage—specifically vehicles and trailers—and I want the drawing to reflect clear, separate sections for each. The plan must be to scale and satisfy every item the county requires for preliminary review. I’ll submit your work to elected officials, agency staff, and the public, so accuracy and clarity are essential.
