The role: We're looking for a motivated and reliable Concrete Batcher to join the team at Swan Materials. Initially based at our Armadale plant, you'll transition to our brand-new Munster facility when it opens in 2027. This is a varied, hands-on operational role where no two days are the same. You'll spend most of your day operating the batching system, coordinating deliveries with drivers and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
