Requirements: - Bathroom reno - Plans needed for the entire condo due to new flooring Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with architectural design for small residential spaces - Proficiency in creating detailed and accurate architectural plans - Familiarity with South Florida building codes and regulations - Strong communication skills for collaboration and feedback Measurements nd to be done in person in So Florida My bldg now requires stamped rendering and this will also be used for permitting.
