I am a licensed Florida General Contractor seeking an experienced AutoCAD drafter or residential designer to prepare a permit-ready drawing package for a condominium kitchen remodel located in Naples, Florida. This is a non-structural interior renovation project. Existing dimensions, site photographs, concept drawings, cabinetry layout, and project specifications will be provided. The drawings will be used for: • HOA / ARC approval • City of Naples permit application PROJECT SCOPE Existing Work: • Existing galley kitchen • Existing utility closet remains • Existing exterior door remains • Existing plumbing locations remain substantially unchanged Demolition: • Remove existing cabinets • Remove existing countertops • Remove backsplash • Remove decorative ceiling assembly • Remove two non-structural return walls between kitchen and dining room New Construction: • Install white shaker cabinetry • Install quartz countertops • Install 4" quartz backsplash • Install owner-supplied appliances • Install recessed LED lighting • Install new drywall ceiling • Minor plumbing modifications • Minor electrical modifications REQUIRED DRAWING PACKAGE G0.0 Cover Sheet A1.0 Existing Floor Plan A1.1 Existing Conditions Photos A2.0 Demolition Plan A3.0 Proposed Floor Plan A4.0 Reflected Ceiling Plan A4.1 Electrical Plan A5.0 Interior Elevations A6.0 Finish Schedule A7.0 General Notes REQUIRED DELIVERABLES • PDF Permit Set • AutoCAD DWG Files • Editable Source Files • 24" x 36" sheet format • Professional title block • Clean permit-ready presentation IMPORTANT NOTES • No structural modifications are proposed. • No architect seal required at this time. • No engineer seal required at this time. • Drawings are being prepared for submission by a licensed Florida General Contractor. • Florida residential remodeling experience preferred.
