I have 16 casual snapshots of our trades crew that need to be transformed into clean, studio-quality portraits without losing the natural look of the people in them. My main concern is background blurring consistency, so every shot should share the same soft and subtle bokeh that feels authentic and never artificial. Each person is in a black polo with our logo; once the lighting is balanced and the colours pop, the shirts should read crisp black and the logo should stay sharp. Faces must remain fully recognizable—no plastic-skin filters or heavy smoothing—just careful light optimisation, gentle retouching of small blemishes, and a little brightening so everyone looks evenly lit. Think “taken by a pro photographer,” not “airbrushed magazine ad.” Where heads allow, please rotate or crop so everyone looks in roughly the same direction for a unified layout. Under every finished image, add the individual’s first name and their job title in a clear, matching font. AI tools are welcome for efficiency, but the final result must be photo-based and human-real; no fully generated replacements. Deliverables: • Sixteen JPGs ready for web • Identical soft blur treatment, colour balance and light levels across all files. • Names and titles cleanly typeset beneath each portrait.
