The site layout, work sequence and basic drawings are ready; what I am missing is an engineered document that proves each lift can be carried out safely, compliantly and efficiently. Here is what the final package must contain: • Rigging methodology and equipment selection for every lift • Load calculations and manufacturer-based configuration charts for the chosen mobile and crawler units • CAD lift diagrams that show crane positions, radii, slewing paths and exclusion zones • A risk assessment and method statement that satisfy local regulations and site rules • A clear step-by-step procedure my field team can follow without ambiguity I will share site drawings, crane model information and the work schedule once we start.
