At DPE International, we are expanding our global footprint, and we are looking for a key player to join our brand-new Spanish branch. THE MISSION (What you will actually do): Your role will bridge the gap between initial architectural design and real-world construction costs. You will be the master of budgets and local sourcing in Spain: Build the Foundation (Immediate Phase): You will hit the ground running by conducting market research to source, contact, and pre-qualify local subcontractors and suppliers across Spain, building our local cost database (€/m2) from scratch. Master the Estimates: Perform precise quantity surveys and technical drawings take-offs. You’ll prepare highly accurate Initial Valuations for our international clients and formulate final, bank-compliant binding offers. System & Variation Management: Keep our internal ERP system updated, price design variations, and analyze work-package balances to ensure zero guesswork. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Architecture, Sales, and Procurement teams to resolve cost challenges and optimize projects. Client Advisory: Guide international investors through their material selection processes, offering clear, professional, and reliable technical support. Tool & Data Optimization: Maintain, update, and continuously improve our cost estimation files, pricing lists, and automated sheets to ensure our tools are always sharp and scalable. ¿ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR (Our Expectations): We don't just hire resumes; we hire attitude and drive. For this role, you need to bring: The Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Construction Sites within the Spanish market. You must know how a construction site actually operates, how to deal with subcontractors, and understand real-world execution costs. The Background: Degree in Building Engineering (Arquitectura Técnica / Ingeniería de Edificación) or Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos / Obras Públicas). Technical Excellence: Native fluency in Excel and precision in interpreting complex technical drawings. The Vibe: A friendly, optimistic, and high-energy personality.
