I am looking for hands-on support to secure an In-Country Value (ICV) certificate for a company operating in the construction sector. I already know that the ICV program’s requirements differ from those of manufacturing and services, so I need someone who understands the construction-specific calculation templates, evidence gathering, and audit expectations used by ADNOC-approved certifying bodies. The scope covers: • Reviewing our existing financials, procurement records, and manpower data. • Filling in the latest construction-sector ICV workbook and compiling all mandatory supporting documents. • Coaching my team on any gaps so we can raise our score before submission. • Coordinating with the certification body until the signed ICV certificate is issued.
