Key workflow • The contractor enters daily activity notes, quantities, photos, and any issues as they happen. • A built-in reporting engine compiles that data into a day-end PDF or Excel summary ready to share. • Clients and consultants access the same record in real time, add comments, or request clarifications. • Push notifications remind users when a report is due, when a comment arrives, or when a photo is missing. User roles • Contractor – full data entry and editing rights. • Client/Consultant – read, comment, and approval permissions only. Expected deliverables 1. Native (or cross-platform) iOS and Android apps packaged for App Store & Google Play submission. 2. Clean, intuitive UI with separate dashboards for contractor and client/consultant views. 3. Secure backend with data syncing, photo storage, and role-based access (any modern stack is fine as long as it scales). 4. Automated daily report generation (PDF/Excel) and share function. 5.
