Your output should break down every measured item clearly, reference the relevant drawing sheets, and be delivered in an editable spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets). Scope • Measure all architectural, structural and MEP elements shown on the latest drawings. • Use recognised measurement rules (CSI, NRM2 or similar) and note which you follow. • Flag any missing information or discrepancies—clarity is critical before I lock numbers into the budget. Tools & format I’m comfortable if you use Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CostX or Cubit; just let me know your workflow so I can trace quantities back to the source drawings.
