Hiring: Google Ads Growth Consultant About Highmark Ads Highmark Ads is a performance marketing agency specializing in Google Ads. We help businesses increase leads, sales, and ROAS through data-driven strategies, transparent communication, and long-term partnerships. Who We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Freelancer to become an extension of our team. This is more than campaign management—you'll work directly with prospects and clients, helping us win new business and deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities * Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display & Shopping) * Conduct account audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis * Improve ROAS, conversions, and campaign performance * Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Search Console, and Looker Studio * Review landing pages and recommend CRO improvements * Join **discovery and sales calls** to understand client needs * Assist with **client onboarding** and help **close new deals** * Present strategies, answer client questions, and build trust * Deliver weekly reports and ongoing optimization * Optimize Google Business Profiles when required Requirements * 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience * Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns * Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Search Console, and Looker Studio * Excellent spoken and written English * Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers * Strong sales and consultation skills * Experience working with international clients is a plus What We're Looking For We want a strategic partner—not just a campaign manager. Someone who can confidently join client meetings, identify growth opportunities, help close new clients, onboard them successfully, and take ownership of delivering exceptional Google Ads results.
