I’m developing a new consumer-electronics product and need a PCB designed from the ground up. The core requirements are a compact board footprint, reliable routing for high-volume fabrication, and files that any standard assembly house can pick up without revisions. I will supply a block diagram and preliminary component list; you’ll turn that into a finished schematic, a production-ready layout, and the full manufacturing package (Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place, and BOM with part numbers and alternates). Please keep DFM and cost-optimised part selection in mind throughout. I’m comfortable with Altium, KiCad, or Eagle project files—use whichever you work fastest in, just let me know up front. To make hand-off smooth, I’d like: • Clean, clearly annotated schematics • Layer-stack details and controlled-impedance notes if traces require it • All output files zipped and version-controlled so any later tweak is traceable If you have experience squeezing robust performance into small consumer boards, especially with power and signal integrity challenges, your expertise will be invaluable here. I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on the toolchain and timeline.
