I need a skilled draftsperson to develop council-ready construction drawings that meet current Australian Standards for various residential projects based on shipping-container conversions and modular small-homes plus renovations / extensions. My concept sketches are ready; your job is to turn them into fully detailed CAD files that a builder and certifier can rely on. I also would like some input into design if you see areas to improve upon. We can also work from existing designs which would be adapted to suit specific client requirements, The scope covers every part of the dwelling, so accuracy, dimensions and coordination are critical. I work in metric, expect layer-clean .DWG files and print-ready PDFs, and will review progress over two scheduled revision rounds. Deliverables (not all projects will require all level of plans but generally should cover the following): • Full home layout floor plans • Detailed kitchen and living-space drawings and cabinet design • Bedroom and bathroom layouts with fixture notes - with detailed elevations showing fixture and fittings locations and tiling layouts • Complete electrical plans compliant with AS3000 • Building sections with construction call-outs • Exploded axonometric details of container junctions and modular connections All sheets must be dimensioned, fully annotated, and referenced to the NCC/BCA where required. Experience with container or modular residential work is highly valued—please include examples of similar projects with your bid.
