I’m staging an in-office awards ceremony and need a polished media package that will run smoothly on the day. The atmosphere I’m aiming for is corporate and professional, so everything should feel consistent with a modern business event. Here’s what I’m after: • Introduction videos for each award category – short, dynamic openers that display the category name over an animated branded background. • Winner announcement clips – brief stingers that reveal the winner’s name with a clean motion graphic and a subtle audio flourish. • Background music – loop-ready tracks that can underscore transitions and keep the energy up without overpowering any live speaking. I already have a rough outline of the wording and key messages; I’ll share that draft with you so you can refine the script, tighten the phrasing, and make sure the visuals match the voiceover or on-screen text you create. All clips should be delivered in full-HD (1080p) MP4 for video and high-quality WAV or MP3 for audio, ready to plug straight into our show flow.
