I need a clean, corporate-level portfolio built with the latest version of Bootstrap. The overall mood should stay professional, yet I still want it to feel lively by leaning on a bright, vibrant colour palette instead of the usual muted neutrals. This site will host my web-development case studies, so code-friendly presentation matters. Scope The template must include an About Me, Projects, and Contact section, each laid out for clarity on desktop, tablet, and mobile. A fixed, mobile-friendly navigation bar should glide smoothly to each section. Project cards have to be visually striking, quick to scan, and coded for easy duplication as my portfolio grows. Subtle hover effects and light, tasteful animations are welcome so long as they do not compromise load time.
