I run a real estate business website and need ongoing, hands-on help keeping it healthy and discoverable. The core of the job is twofold: technical upkeep and search-engine optimisation. Technical maintenance • Set up and monitor dependable, versioned backups so I can roll back instantly if something breaks. • Continually profile the site, database and server, then apply tweaks (caching, image compression, query tuning, CDN settings, etc.) that cut load time and keep Core Web Vitals in the green. SEO optimisation Alongside the engineering work, I want regular on-page SEO improvements—meta tags, structured data, keyword alignment, internal-link pruning and the like—plus concise performance reports that show ranking movement and traffic trends. Tools you’re comfortable with (e.g., cPanel, Cloudflare, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GTmetrix) are welcome; just let me know your stack. Security updates are handled in-house, but if you spot a vulnerability during your work, flag it. Deliverables each month 1. Verified off-site backups stored in two separate locations 2. A performance-tuning log with before/after metrics 3. An SEO actions report with ranking highlights and next-step recommendations If you’ve kept corporate or business sites running fast and high in search results, I’d like to work together long term.
