I’m ready to place a small run of parts in mild steel 1018. The geometry is straightforward—think compact, uncomplicated profiles that lend themselves to quick CNC turning or milling without exotic setups. Dimensional accuracy iso2768-m and a clean, burr-free finish are all I need; no surface treatments or secondary ops required. Because overall cost is critical, please factor competitive machining rates and economical freight into your quote. The parts ultimately have to land in Canada, so let me know your preferred carrier, estimated transit time, and any paperwork you’ll need from my side to streamline customs. I’ll supply STEP files and a PDF with key dimensions as soon as we establish NDA terms (if you use Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or a similar platform, you’ll be good to go). Once we agree on price.
