Cost-Effective Concrete Stair Design

Descripción de la oferta
I need a detailed drawing for a short run of traditional-style concrete stairs that will start at first-floor level, turn 90° in front of the lift gate, descend roughly eight standard risers alongside a newly proposed lift shaft, and then tie seamlessly into the existing staircase (which will be partially demolished to suit the new geometry). The goal is to give my civil contractor a set of plans that keep material and labour costs low without compromising safety or code compliance. Please base the design on in-situ reinforced concrete with a smooth finish and incorporate economical detailing—standard tread-to-riser proportions, simplified reinforcement layouts, and practical shuttering notes. I expect: • Plan, section and elevation views showing exact dimensions, landing alignment with the lift, and connection to the remaining old stairs. • Reinforcement schedule and bar bending details that a site crew can follow without re-work. • A brief method note or call-outs highlighting any demolition extents and construction sequence needed to splice the new flight into the existing structure. Use AutoCAD, Revit or any comparable CAD tool so I can issue DWGs and PDFs to the contractor immediately. Accuracy around the lift shaft clearances is critical—please allow for the lift supplier’s pit and guide-rail zones. Once I review your draft, one round of minor tweaks is anticipated before sign-off.
