I’m preparing a new digital launch and need it to dominate search results across our county. The sole focus is to enhance local visibility—national or international traffic is not the priority—so every tactic must reinforce our presence at this specific geographic level. You will take full ownership of the SEO & GEO roadmap: start with a deep keyword and competitor study aimed at county-based intent, then move through on-page refinement, technical fixes, and precise localisation signals. I expect structured data, Core Web Vitals tuning, internal-link cleanup, and content tweaks that speak fluently to voice search, Google SGE, and other AI-powered engines. Deliverables • County-targeted keyword & competitor report • Updated meta data, schema, and content guidelines for each key page • Technical SEO audit with prioritized fixes (sitemaps, crawling, page speed, etc.) • Local GEO setup: accurate NAP citations, Google Business Profile optimisation, geo-schema, and map pack positioning • GA4 & Search Console dashboards plus weekly rank/traffic summaries • Final strategy deck outlining next-step growth recommendations Success looks like higher county rankings, stronger organic traffic from local users, and a measurable lift in conversions. Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and GBP is essential.
