I’m building a premium womenswear label in Dubai that channels vintage glamour through structured, feminine silhouettes. Think lace-and-mesh corsets, crystal-strewn bustiers and impeccably tailored tops that cinch, sculpt and empower. For the launch capsule I need an experienced fashion designer who can translate my mood boards into three to four production-ready looks. You’ll move from inspiration references to polished sketches, then prepare full tech packs with detailed construction notes, fabric maps, embellishment placement and BOMs. Mastery of corsetry techniques, boning, lace manipulation and hand-applied crystals, pearls, beading or fringe is essential, as is the ability to create coordinated bottoms so each top can stand alone or work as a set. Good written English is required because we’ll be collaborating closely on fit corrections and factory communication.
