I’m about to start a single-dwelling residential build and need an experienced estimator to raise every supplier purchase order from ground works through to final hand-over—around sixty orders in total. I’ll share my current templates plus the full set of drawings, specifications, and preferred‐supplier contacts. You can work in any platform you feel comfortable with; Excel is perfectly fine, and I’m open to specialised construction-management software if that speeds things up. Each purchase order must include: • Supplier details • An itemised list of materials with quantities and agreed rates I’d like the orders numbered sequentially, grouped logically by trade or stage, and supplied in both editable format and PDF so I can issue them directly. Please highlight any quantity overruns or cost variances before sending a PO for approval. Let me know your typical turnaround time for the first batch and how you handle revisions. If you’ve produced comprehensive PO packs for residential builds before, especially in Australia, that experience will be a big plus.
