I am looking for a creative and experienced video editor/motion graphics designer to create a high-converting promotional video for my web design agency. The primary goal of this video is to generate leads through Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads). The video should grab attention within the first few seconds, showcase the transformation of outdated websites into modern, high-converting designs, and encourage viewers to book a consultation. Video Requirements Duration: 20–30 seconds Format: Square video 1:1 ratio High-quality motion graphics and smooth transitions Professional, modern, and premium look Suitable for Meta Ads Royalty-free music Sound effects where appropriate Editable source files must be included Video Structure 1. Strong Hook (0–3 sec) Create an attention-grabbing opening that immediately highlights the problem of outdated websites. 2.
