Title: Build an AI Developer Assessment & Project Matching Website We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer or small team to build a professional web platform for evaluating AI/ML developers and matching them with client projects. The goal is to create a clean, modern website where AI engineers can create profiles, submit their skills, showcase past work, complete structured technical assessments, and indicate availability for future projects. On the admin side, we need tools to review candidates, filter by skills, compare experience, and manage project requirements. Key features: - Landing page explaining the platform and application process - Developer registration and login - Developer profile pages with skills, experience, portfolio links, GitHub/LinkedIn, hourly rate, timezone, and availability - AI skill categories such as LLM apps, RAG, agents, LangChain/LlamaIndex, fine-tuning, computer vision, automation, data pipelines, and full-stack AI products - Structured technical questionnaire for candidates - Optional coding/task submission area - Admin dashboard to review applicants - Search and filtering by skills, experience level, timezone, rate, and availability - Project requirement submission form for clients/admins - Ability to match project requirements with suitable developer profiles - Email notifications for registration, review status, and project invitations - Responsive design for desktop and mobile - Basic security, clean database structure, and scalable architecture Preferred tech stack: - Frontend: React / Next.js - Backend: Node.js / NestJS / Express, or similar - Database: PostgreSQL or MongoDB - Authentication: email/password and optional OAuth - Deployment: Vercel, AWS, Render, or similar We are open to suggestions on the best architecture and implementation approach. The design should feel professional, trustworthy, and simple to use. This is not a public job board at the beginning; it is mainly an internal platform for reviewing AI developers and managing project matching. Please include in your proposal: 1.
