We are about to remodel a 115 m² flat and need clear, professional guidance on how to reorganise the space before construction begins. The aim is to modernise the layout while keeping a calm, minimalist aesthetic. The challenge is to rework the two existing smaller flats into one big family living space. Areas that will drive the design decisions: • Kitchen • Bathroom • Bedrooms Here’s what I need from the consultation: – A revised 2D floor plan (PDF plus an editable file) that shows walls, circulation, furniture placement, plumbing points and key electrics. – Advice on whether any structural changes are worthwhile or if smart re-configurations will do the job. – Brief notes on materials, colour palette and lighting that support the minimalist look. – Clear, build-ready documentation my contractor can follow. We’ll supply the current drawings, photos and any building-code constraints once we get started. The work is approved when the new plan demonstrably improves flow in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms, stays true to minimalist principles and fits within existing regulations.
