Motion Designer + Short-Form Content Creator — Ongoing Monthly Role Murasaki Marketing is a new digital marketing agency looking for a creative and reliable Motion Designer + Content Creator to grow with us. This is not an editing-only role. You should be able to think like a content creator: develop hooks, suggest concepts, plan visuals, record original footage or voiceovers, and turn ideas into engaging short-form content. You may create faceless content or appear on camera—both styles are welcome. What you’ll do: * Create one polished Reel or short-form video per working day * Produce motion graphics, kinetic typography, faceless videos and original content * Edit B-roll, stock footage, screen recordings and voiceovers * Suggest content ideas, hooks and visual directions * Adapt videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook * Add captions, sound design and platform-appropriate pacing * Organize project files and meet agreed deadlines You should have: * A strong short-form video or motion-design portfolio * Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve * A good understanding of storytelling, typography and current social-media trends * The ability to create original footage or voiceovers when needed * Good English and reliable communication * A willingness to learn, experiment and grow with a startup The role will initially focus on Murasaki Marketing’s own content. As we gain clients, the workload, responsibilities and monthly compensation can increase. There is genuine potential to become a permanent member of the Murasaki team. Monthly range: PKR 30,000–40,000, depending on your skills and portfolio. Remote role; Pakistan-based applicants are preferred.
