We are looking for an experienced freelance professional to build and scale the Creator & Affiliate Program for our Online Puja platform. Our objective is to acquire customers through a structured network of content creators, affiliates, and strategic partners. We already have a coupon module in place and need someone to operationalize and grow this channel. Scope of Work -Identify and onboard relevant creators, influencers, and affiliate partners -Build and manage an affiliate onboarding process -Recruit creators in spirituality, Hindu culture, astrology, devotional content, regional communities, and related niches -Negotiate collaboration terms and partnership models -Distribute and manage unique coupon codes and referral links -Coordinate campaign execution and partner communication -Track partner performance and optimize for bookings and revenue -Build a repeatable affiliate growth playbook and reporting process Success Metrics -Number of active creators and affiliates onboarded -Bookings generated through affiliate and creator channels -Revenue generated -Coupon redemption rate -Partner activation and retention -Cost per acquisition (CPA) -Repeat customer referrals Requirements -Proven experience building influencer or affiliate programs -Experience negotiating creator partnerships -Strong understanding of referral and affiliate marketing -Excellent communication and relationship management skills -Experience using CRM and campaign tracking tools is a plus When applying, please type 'AFFILIATE' as the opening line and share: -Relevant affiliate or influencer programs you have managed. -Results achieved (bookings, sales, revenue, CPA or ROAS). -Industries you have worked in. -Your proposed engagement model and timeline. -Fixed project fee or monthly retainer.
